In particular, for the operation of the chatbot and artificial intelligence services, Koremind Labs S.r.l. may use qualified technology providers, including enterprise services related to OpenAI and Google, used solely to process the user’s requests and provide the required response or support. In the event of unavailability of one provider, the service may use an alternative provider.

Such data is not used by Koremind Labs S.r.l. for sale to third parties.

7. Transfers to Countries Outside the EU

The use of international technology providers may involve the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, processing will take place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, including, where applicable, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention Period

Personal data collected through the contact form and the chatbot will be retained for the time necessary to handle the user’s request and any subsequent closely related communications. In the absence of further contractual, pre-contractual relationships or legal obligations, data will be deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary in relation to the received request. Any further retention of data required to fulfil regulatory obligations, document activities carried out, or protect a right of the Controller remains unaffected.

9. Nature of Data Provision

The provision of data marked as mandatory is necessary to submit the request and receive a response. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible for the Controller to follow up.

The user has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection where provided by law, as well as the right to data portability where applicable.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
